This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications and web platforms developed by nphuonha. We respect your privacy with our core principle: minimize data collection, prioritize local storage, and only collect the most necessary information to maintain your experience and secure your account.

• Personal Data: We DO NOT collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number) on our servers.
• Local Data: All settings, habits, focus durations, and notes are stored directly and exclusively on your device's memory (local storage of the phone or web browser).
  

• Identifiers: When you register or sign in, we collect your email address, display name, and profile picture (if using Google Sign-In) to set up, secure, and identify your account.
• Synced Data: Your habits, focus logs, sleep progress, and pet companion data will be securely encrypted and stored on our cloud servers to ensure a seamless synchronized experience across devices and browsers.
  

• Mobile App: We only collect anonymous crash logs aggregated through the Google Play Console to debug and optimize application performance.
• Web Platform: We may temporarily log anonymous IP addresses and server logs for security, spam prevention, and server stability maintenance.
  

Our web platform uses cookies and similar technologies primarily to maintain your active login sessions (so you do not have to sign in repeatedly) and remember your interface preferences (e.g., light/dark mode). You can actively disable or clear cookies at any time through your web browser settings.

The mobile application requires a few minimum system permissions to function properly:

• Notifications: To display active timer status bars and send focus reminders.
• Foreground Service: To keep timers and background audio running smoothly even when the screen is turned off.
• Vibrate & Alarm: For subtle haptic feedback and accurate alarm ringtones.
  

We pledge NOT TO SELL your data to any third party. The secure infrastructure partners we utilize include:

• Google Play Services & Google Sign-In: Provides secure and optimized authentication methods for both Web and Mobile platforms.
• Google Mobile Ads / AdMob: Display services for rewarded ads inside the application.
• Google Play Billing (App): Processes in-app purchases (IAP) or donations. We do not access or store your credit card or bank account information.
• Cloud Services (Backend): Your account data is stored on highly secure, industry-standard cloud database servers.
  

• Local Data (App/Web): You can erase this data at any time by uninstalling the application or clearing website data (cookies/cache) in your web browser.
• Account Data (Server): You have full control over your data. You can delete your account permanently at any time through the "Delete Account" option in the app Settings, or request deletion via email. Once your account is deleted, all identifiable information (email, name) and associated cloud data will be permanently and irreversibly destroyed.
  

Our applications and web platforms do not target children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children and will immediately delete it if any accidental collection is detected.
