This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications and web platforms developed by nphuonha, specifically the Amiko application. Other services or platforms in our ecosystem (such as Festia) maintain their own separate, standalone privacy policies available on their respective domains.
We respect your privacy based on a core principle: minimizing data collection, prioritizing local on-device storage, and only collecting the most necessary information to maintain your user experience and secure your account.
Data Collection in Guest Mode
- Personal Data: We do not actively collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (such as name, email, phone number) on our servers while you are using Guest Mode.
- Local Data: All habit configurations, focus timers, and notes are stored directly and exclusively on your device's local storage (phone storage or browser local storage).
Data Collection for Registered Accounts
- Identity Information: When you register or log in, we collect your email address, display name, and avatar URL (if using Google Sign-In) to set up, secure, and identify your account.
- Synchronized Data: Your habit logs, focus history, sleep progress, and pet details are encrypted and securely stored on our cloud servers to ensure a seamless synchronization experience across devices and browsers.
Diagnostics and System Logs
- Mobile Application: We collect anonymous crash logs and app performance data through Google Play Console and Firebase Crashlytics to detect bugs instantly, diagnose causes, and improve the app stability.
- Web Platform: We may temporarily log anonymous IP addresses and system server logs for security purposes, to prevent spam, and to maintain server stability.
Third-Party & Infrastructure Partners
We commit to NEVER selling your data. We partner with secure infrastructure services:
- Google Play Services & Google Sign-In: To provide secure authentication.
- Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) & Advertising ID: To support our free app, we use AdMob to serve ads. The app may collect and use your device's Advertising ID to show relevant ads. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
- Firebase Analytics: Used to collect aggregated, anonymous usage data (e.g. popular features, usage duration) to improve the app.
- Google Play Billing: For handling in-app purchases (IAP) or donations. We do not access or store your credit card or bank account information.
Security & Data Deletion
- Local Data: You can delete local app/web data at any time by uninstalling the application or clearing your browser's site storage.
- Account & Server Data: You have full control over your cloud data. You can delete your account permanently at any time using the "Delete Account" button in the app's settings, or by contacting us via email. Once deleted, all identifiers and linked progress are destroyed irreversibly.
- Children's Privacy: We do not target children under 13, and do not knowingly collect their data.
